We want you to love every chapter of your shopping experience! If something isn't quite right with your order, we're happy to help.
Print-on-demand products
Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. For US orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes or colors ordered, or buyer's remorse. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty items or any applicable statutory cancellation rights.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you. This reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Other physical products
For US orders of eligible non-personalized, non-print-on-demand products, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions.
Digital products
Due to their digital nature, downloaded products are generally non-refundable for changes of mind where permitted by law. If you experience an issue accessing your purchase or receive a defective file, please contact us so we can make it right. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Order cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order. Once a made-to-order product has entered production, we may be unable to cancel it, subject to applicable consumer rights.
UK customers
UK customers have a statutory right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason. After notifying us of cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the goods. We will refund eligible orders, including standard outbound delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility where disclosed before purchase.
Statutory exceptions may apply to genuinely personalized products. For digital downloads, cancellation rights may be lost once downloading begins if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products are unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Applicable statutory refund deadlines will be respected.
